Paullinia cupana (Guarana) extract equivalent seed fresh 350mg, equivalent caffeine 10mg, Aloes cape 45mg, Pectin 30mg, Nicotinamide 35mg, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 25mg, Riboflavine (Vitamin B2), Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 25mg, Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 25mg.

INGREDIENT	FUNCTION
Guarana	Increases energy expenditure and metabolic rate. Burns excess fat
Aloes cape	Acts as a stimulant laxative (increases the propulsive peristaltic activity of the intestine by local irritation of the mucosa).
Pectin	Increases and prolongs the feeling of fullness after eating.
Vitamin B & C	Maintains nutritional and energy levels.

Adult Dosage

One tablet or capsule each morning half an hour before breakfast and one tablet or capsule at 4 p.m.

Precautions/Warnings

• Not to be used when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting is present or diarrhoea develops.
